By downloading or using GemScore, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

GemScore is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app to scrape data, reverse-engineer our AI models, or resell information obtained through the app.

2. AI Accuracy

Card identification, grade estimates, and price data are provided for informational purposes only. GemScore makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated grades or market valuations. Do not make significant financial decisions based solely on app output.

3. Subscriptions

• Free tier: 10 scans and 3 grade estimates per month
• Pro subscription unlocks unlimited scans and grades
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings

4. Intellectual Property

GemScore and its content are owned by Nadcode. Card images you scan remain your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

GemScore is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app, including financial decisions based on price or grade estimates.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
